I currently lead a team of product managers on building products that would compliment wireless plans.  On a day to day I go through the data of current products in-market and what the industry is doing within wireless and technolgy

Basic Video Streaming - Crave Mobile

This product was a value add-on for 5G mobile plans.  Perfect product for consumers which are heavy data users that do allot of video streaming on the go.  2 variants were launched across Canada: Crave mobile (free) and Crave Total ($10.99/m).  Crave is the equivalent of Netflix in Canada which streamed popular shows such as game of thrown.  Crave mobile (free) increase 5G wireless plans adoption by 15%.  Crave Total (paid) provided additional streaming capabilities (Casting, multi device viewing and HD) that increased MRR($10.99)

Premium Tier Video Streaming - Crave Total

Upper tier of Crave streaming service which enable users with additional features such as casting to larger screens and HD.  Crave mobile is offered for free for 24 months on the premium plans which gives an opportunity for consumers to upgrade to a higher tier service for cheaper the cost when purchasing as a separate product streaming service.

Metaverse, VR & AR

As the hype of metaverse and continual growth of VR and AR content.  I have been working closely with international carriers and technology partners to see how these services could fit within the Canadian wireless market.  Its limited on what I am able to share but to give you a view of how I start the ideation.  How do a wireless carrier generate revenue on the metaverse, VR or AR content?  The best way it fits would be towards edge computing, network slicing by partnering with the right technology partners
